Rebecca Skandera of North Adams, Massachusetts is a very busy lady. She's currently working on her Masters Degree in education and certification in secondary education and biology at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Daily, she pursues her favorite activity of creating and sewing patchwork quilts, and quilted clothing items. She has a long list of commissioned items. Rebecca loves working with used clothing, creates the patterns and finding colors and textures that play well together. She works the squares from her own imagination and creates designs without the use of patterns. She brings all these skills together for Moosefest 2005 in her creation of '"Patch, The Quilted Moose".
