Ray Bub and his wife and business partner Susan Nykiel work together at
their home-studio, Oak Bluffs Cottage Pottery, in Pownal, Vermont. Ray
divides his time between making ceramic art and teaching pottery classes at
their studio to beginners and advanced students. His creative clay artwork
for the last ten years has centered on ideas expressed in his unique
Reassembled Hollow Ring Teapots. These original works of art have been
featured in recent international ceramic art exhibitions in the United
